2. The terms used in this Privacy Policy shall mean:
   1. GDPR (RODO) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

II. Principles of Personal Data Processing by the Controller

1. We collect your personal data as a result of:
   1. Submitting inquiries via contact forms, email, or telephone. Granting consent for marketing purposes.
   2. Personal data provided via the contact form, email, or telephone is processed solely for the purpose of communication with you, including responding to inquiries or resolving matters you have initiated.
2. The legal basis for processing your personal data in this case is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which consists of the ability to respond to your inquiry or handle the matter you have initiated.
3. Providing the data referred to in point 6 is voluntary, but necessary to enable us to contact you.
4. The data mentioned in point 6 will be processed until the expiration of potential claims.
5. If you have given consent for personal data processing for marketing purposes, your personal data will also be processed for the purposes specified in the consent statement. In this case, the legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

III. Access to Data

Additionally, external entities processing data on behalf of the Controller (such as IT service providers and real estate intermediaries) may have access to your personal data to the extent necessary for their assigned tasks.
2. Apart from the cases described in point 13, the Controller may also transfer your personal data to other entities when legally required to do so.

IV. Your Rights Regarding Data Processing

1. You have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data:

   2. Right to rectify inaccurate data
   3. Right to delete data
   4. Right to restrict processing
   5. Right to data portability

2. To exercise the rights mentioned in points 10 and 15, you must submit a request to the Controller via email or post to the addresses listed in points 3.1 and 3.2.
3. The procedure for handling requests is free of charge unless a second or further copy of your data is requested, or if the request is excessive or clearly unfounded. In such cases, the Controller may charge a fee appropriate to the time and resources required to process the request.
4. Additionally, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection regulations.
